Information we collect • Account and profile: Information you provide when you create or manage an account, such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with Google, Facebook (Meta), or Apple. • Calendar data: When you connect Google Calendar, we access and process calendar information needed to show availability, create or update events, and keep scheduling aligned across tools—limited to what you authorize through Google’s permissions. • Messaging and scheduling context: When you connect Meta messaging products (such as WhatsApp or Instagram), we process information needed to provide scheduling-related features in those channels, including message content and metadata required to operate the service (for example, booking requests, changes, and follow-ups). How conversations are handled is also described in our Terms of Use. • Onboarding and preferences: Information you provide during onboarding and in settings, including which integrations you enable and plan tier (for example, free, Solo, or Pro), where applicable. • Technical and usage data: Device, app, and diagnostic information (such as app version, identifiers, and logs) that help us operate, secure, and improve Schedyra. How we use information We use the above information to provide, maintain, and improve Schedyra; authenticate users; sync scheduling across Google Calendar and connected Meta messaging; send service-related communications; detect abuse and fraud; analyze usage in aggregate to improve the product; and comply with law. Some features rely on automated processing, including AI-assisted scheduling workflows, to interpret requests and suggest or apply actions you approve. How we share information We share information with service providers who help us host, secure, analyze, and operate the service (for example, cloud infrastructure), subject to confidentiality and processing obligations. We also share information with third parties when you connect integrations: Google and Meta process data under their own terms and privacy policies when you use their services through Schedyra. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition of assets, consistent with applicable law. Data retention and security We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your choices and rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage some connections and permissions in the app or in your Google/Meta account settings. For other requests, contact us using the support options below. Children Schedyra is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. International users If you use Schedyra from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers maintain facilities, which may have different data protection rules. Changes We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or other reasonable means.
